Here's the boring stuff:
Matt Boyles is a Level 3-qualified Personal Trainer who loves fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be.
I come to you, bringing the equipment, know-how and motivation. I want the sessions to be as tough as they need to be, but also fun and something you look forward to.
The sessions are periodised - we work out your long term goals, then break them down into manageable cycles of work and bitesize achievements.
What can you expect from a session?
Well no two clients are the same, so no two plans are the same, however I utilise a combination of the following: TRX suspension training, boxing & pad work, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Kettlebells, to keep the training interesting and to ensure you hit your goals.
