Hello, I'm Matt!

When I'm not flying on dolphins, I'm a personal trainer, working on Clapham Common, but I'm not going to bore you by talking about dull topics like 'weight mangement' or 'toning up'. Any (well, most) PTs can do that.

My skill is I make it fun. I make it so you want to come back and get to training. You'll want to do the other exercise things I recommend when you're not with me too (including the nutrition stuff), and that means quicker results.

As of June 2016 I have a few spaces available and I want to meet you. We'll fix whatever wobbly bits you want and get you enjoying exercise more than you ever thought possible.

I generally work with women/ladies/whatever you like to be called, between the ages of 28 and 45 as even though I don't have some of your body parts, I'm good at 'getting' you, and I'm nice to talk with and hang out with for a few hours each week.
